Jenny is a Registered Psychologist and an accredited Life Coach. Jenny is passionate about engaging people in their own process of change.

Jenny works with clients to manage life transitions, upheavals and uncertainties. She has experience in treating depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and self-awareness and acceptance and coping with life changes.
Jenny has considerable experience in working with people in a variety of behaviour change contexts from individual to community wide. She has worked in Government and nongovernment organisations in people focused positions including Change Management, Health Promotion, Social Planning, Organisational Cultural Change, Counselling and Coaching of individuals and teams.
Jenny uses a number of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Solution Focused Therapy.
She enjoys working with people to explore their emotions and challenge themselves and their beliefs to work towards an increased self-awareness and psychological flexibility and resilience.
